01

Scheduled facility maintenance

Most electrical failures give warning signs first: heat at a connection, a breaker running near its limit, a panel that's corroded or crowded. Regular maintenance visits catch those problems while they're still cheap to fix.

We set a schedule that fits the building, inspect the system on each visit, and give you written findings with what needs attention now and what can wait.

What's included

  • Recurring maintenance visits on a schedule that fits the facility
  • Panel, breaker and disconnect inspections
  • Tightening and cleaning terminations and connections
  • Load checks and circuit balancing
  • Updated panel schedules and circuit directories
  • Written findings with prioritized repair recommendations

02

Lighting & emergency lighting

Burned-out lights and failed emergency fixtures are easy to miss until an inspector, a tenant or an outage finds them. We keep interior, exterior and emergency lighting working and documented.

What's included

  • Fixture repair, relamping and LED replacement
  • Exterior, parking and site lighting repairs
  • Photocell and timer adjustments
  • Emergency lighting and exit sign testing and repair
  • Battery and emergency driver replacement
  • Records of testing for facility files

03

Equipment & safety devices

Motors, pumps, controls and protective devices wear out over time. Checking them on a schedule keeps equipment running and protects the people who use the building.

What's included

  • Motor, pump and equipment connection checks
  • Disconnect and starter inspections
  • GFCI and AFCI device testing and replacement
  • Surge protection checks
  • Receptacle and wiring device replacement
  • Labeling and code-correction work found during inspections

04

Campus & facility service programs

For schools, campuses and multi-building facilities, one electrical contractor who already knows your buildings saves time on every call. Repairs, small projects and planned upgrades all go through the same team.

What's included

  • A single point of contact for electrical work
  • Knowledge of your buildings, panels and past work
  • Repairs, small projects and planned upgrades
  • Budget planning for upcoming electrical work
  • Documentation kept for your facility records
