01

Agency & utility facilities

Cities and agencies need electrical contractors who can work inside facilities that can't shut down. We handle electrical work at treatment plants, municipal buildings, yards, parks and utility sites, scheduling around operations and coordinating with the agency's site contact.

Before work starts we walk the site, identify what has to stay energized, and plan the shutdowns and tie-ins with facility staff.

What's included

  • Water and wastewater treatment facility electrical
  • Municipal buildings, corporation yards and parks
  • Power for pumps, motors, controls and process equipment
  • Site, area and parking lot lighting
  • Repairs and upgrades to existing electrical systems
  • Planned shutdowns and tie-ins coordinated with facility operations

02

Schools & campuses

School campuses mean occupied buildings, tight calendars and students on site. We plan the work around the school schedule, keep work areas secured and clean, and coordinate with facilities staff so classes aren't disrupted.

Larger work can be scheduled for breaks, summers and after hours.

What's included

  • Classroom, office, gym and administration building power and lighting
  • Athletic facilities and field house electrical
  • Scoreboard, sound and equipment circuits
  • Campus-wide LED lighting upgrades
  • Break, summer and after-hours scheduling
  • Ongoing service for campus facilities teams

03

Bids & on-call contracts

We bid public works projects and serve agencies under as-needed and on-call service agreements, responding to work orders and task orders as they're issued.

Bid packages are reviewed against the plans and specifications, and questions go through the agency's process before bids are due.

What's included

  • Formal and informal public works bids
  • As-needed and on-call electrical service agreements
  • Work orders and task orders under existing contracts
  • Certificates of insurance with agency endorsements
  • Pricing based on the plans, specifications and site walk
  • A Capabilities Statement for vendor and prequalification files

04

Compliance & paperwork

Public projects come with paperwork, and we treat it as part of the job, not an afterthought. Certified payroll is filed through DIR eCPR, and job records are kept for every project so agencies have what they need at closeout.

What's included

  • Certified payroll filed through DIR eCPR
  • Daily reports and job documentation
  • Submittals, closeout documents and as-built markups
  • Coordination with inspectors and agency project managers
  • Work scheduled with your site contact
